Franck Heurtrey

Admitted to the Paris Bar as a lawyer ("avocat").

Born in 1976 in Saône-et-Loire (Burgundy), Franck Heurtrey has studied in Dijon, Lyon, Paris and Frankfurt-am-Main (Germany).

  • 1999: graduated from the Institute of Political Science ("Institut d’Etudes Politiques"), Lyon.
  • 2000: received Masters degree in history.
  • 2001: received Masters degree in law from the University of Burgundy.
  • 2002: completed Lawyer’s School at the Court of Appeals for Dijon, Besançon and Reims.
  • February 2003: admitted to practice law as an avocat at the Paris Bar.
  • 2006: having worked for three years in France, Franck Heurtrey complemented his studies through participation in a programme for international lawyers at University of Tübingen and the Court of Appeal for North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf, Germany.
  • Since 2006: teacher of French law at University of Münster, Germany.
